Firstly we thoroughly inspect your dress, we look for marks, stains, loose embellishments and tears.
We identify & treat stains individually prior to cleaning as if left untreated, sugar stains (Champagne) salts (persperation) will oxidise over time & appear as brown marks over months or years later.
After cleaning we thoroughly steam & press your dress.
We also offer a boxing service & package in a design of your choice. Your dress is then packaged with acid-free tissue which protects your gown from the light but is still breathable.
